I recently got it from a friend, and there were issues while I tried to copy files onto it(from a computer).There was a lot of freezing and failing. And after I removed it once, my computer wouldn't detect it again. Tried formatting from Disk management, failed. 3. Tried using SD Formatter 4.0. It said the format was completed, but nothing changed. 4. Tried from command prompt (diskpart--clear).
