"cannot format RAW formatted USB Flash Drive", i have my friend's toshiba 8g usb flash memory and it's RAW formatted. I have tried format with Windows' default format tool and i get message of "Windows, couldn't finish the format.". I tried tons of programs. They are in list at the below. Not working. Tried Hiren's boot cd (testdisk etc.) (but i don't know what i must do in hirens boot cd. just applied articles on Internet. Tried harddisk low level format tool on Windows. Program didn't responded. Tried Seagate seatools, while seatools checking usb drives, program can't respond. please help, i dont want to recovery my files. Just want to run usb memory again.
